I have over five years of experience in the mortgage finance business. In today's world of low interest rates, most loan officers are new order takers with little or no knowledge of the many products available to homeowners. I enjoy helping people with all credit types from poor to excellent. My rates are extremely competitive and my fees are very low in comparison to what other loan officers charge. Because of the high cost associated with running a medium to large size mortgage shop, loan officers are contracted to earn a very small percentage of the fee collected for their commission. This usually results in a high origination fee being charged to borrowers. I am not only an experienced loan consultant, but I am also the independent owner of my small mortgage company. This allows me to charge less for my professional services since I do not need to give any of my earnings to an employer. The result is excellent service and savings to the client.
